Given the name you would expect an apartment or studio but we were given a very, very small double room. On complaining we were told there was nothing they could do and even if we agreed to stay the first night they would not refund us for the remaining 4 nights. We got Hotels .Com involved who were initially also given the cold shoulder. The following morning ,probably because of their involvement, a studio suddenly came available but over and above the160e per night already paid. DONT BOOK WITH THEM Go to someone more helpful and honest

Somehow the pictures from the hotel site make the rooms look bigger? They are very small rooms. This hotel is located centrally with metro and several restaurants near by. There were a few red flags associated with this hotel: 1. We were asked to pay in cash upon arrival. I indicated there was no indication of a cash requirement in their terms and will pay with credit. 2. Sketchy night club next door. During an early morning walk I witnessed night club employees arguing loudly outside the hotel. 3. No Safe 4. No Coffee maker 5. Very small room and bathroom 6. Extra charge for second person: 10 Eur per night. 7. Mold growing in shower 8. Strange timed Air Conditioning control and hard set to 25 degrees 9. Undrinkable Coffee at breakfast 10. Tiny Elevator max capacity 2 people and two rolling bags The staff were polite and nice. I believe this hotel is not a good value. After nuisance fees for hotel taxes and extra person, we probably should have stayed in a mainstream brand hotel.

"Superior suit" is absolutely not "Superior" . Breakfirst is okay, if you like cold coffe and burned croissants. Even though we were there for 4 nights, we didn't have clean coffe mugs or glasses in our room. They didn't fill up coffe or tea. On the third Day, we tried to put the tablet with dirty cups, mugs and glasses on the bed, hoping for them, "to get the point "..... When we came back in the evening, it turned out, they had just set the tablet back on the table...... I will never come back here. Sorry

Really nice staff, looked after us well. Allowed us to store our luggage and organised a taxi to the airport for us for the early hours. Our room was small but had everything you needed. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast selection wasn’t amazing but kept us going until lunch. Only small problem was on Saturday nights there is a nightclub below, we were on the second floor and could hear the music it stopped about 2am. Not a huge issue was only for one night, not much they can do about it plus if you’re there on holidays you might be out just as late on the Saturday night and miss it completely. Location is good about a 25 min walk to downtown Lisbon but there is also plenty of buses and the subway that will take you in in 10.

Due to current states occurring worldwide and travel bans impacted,had tried 3 times to email the hotel to cancel with no acknowledgement or reply from them. They never confirmed payment and refusing to refund the payment even though a flexible rate was booked. Worse customer experience I've had dealt with, unapologetic, unprofessional doesn't leave a great impression at all, and unfortunately extremely unhelpful and not accommodating.
